At GlowCube™, your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition:

  • We will refund your money, or

  • Send a replacement immediately.

You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

3. Lost Orders

If your package does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery time, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
